About Unitial
Unitial Technologies is at the forefront of accelerating the energy transition in the construction sector. In the Netherlands there are roughly 15,000 excavators that are estimated to emit on average 30,000 KG of CO2 per machine per year. This one machine emits CO2 equivalent to the emissions of 30 modern passenger cars (Dutch average). Our mission is to reduce fossil fuel consumption by developing innovative, sustainable energy solutions that reduce cost and speed up implementation of electric machines, thus drastically reducing CO2 emissions. Based at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, we operate in a vibrant hub of technology and innovation, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Key Requirements
- You have an EU citizenship.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (depending on the position)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Motivation, creativity, and a strong work ethic

- The ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
