About the job
We are looking for a talented and passionate junior powertrain engineer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in designing and developing electric machines for the construction industry. We seek a critical thinker and self-starter with experience in automotive or mechatronics to help us develop new machines. You will work on the whole engineering phase: from component selection and package planning to CAN controller programming. Besides that, you would provide input to our analysis team to improve our data-driven approach to powertrain modelling and development.
Job requirements
- You have an EU citizenship.
- Bachelor’s (Dutch HBO) degree in Mechatronics, Automotive or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience with electric powertrain development.
- Experience with electrical vehicles or machines and corresponding standards and norms.
- Experience with controller programming (e.g. IQAN, CODESYS or similar).
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Bonus point for familiarity with CAD software for modeling and drawing.
